Sudha Properties

We run Sudha Properties out of a small space at 2/21 Madhv Bhavan. You can find us in Andheri East, specifically at Gala No 4 in Bostav Chawl. It’s right on Mahakali Caves Road, just opposite the lane where Pinky Cinema is. Most locals know this area pretty well because of the cinema. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Dealing with property here means we talk to a lot of neighbors and people looking to move into the area. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where we handle the day-to-day work of real estate. New Nagardas can get a bit busy during the day, but we are usually there if someone needs to talk about a flat or a rental. We know these streets around Mahakali Caves Road like the back of our hand. It’s a practical setup. We just sit here, go through the listings, and help people figure out their housing stuff. It is a humble place, honestly. We don’t have fancy brochures. People just walk in, sit down, and we discuss what they need. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We are right there in Bostav Chawl if you are passing by. We keep things honest and simple because that’s how we like to work.
