Sudha Prasad

Sudha Prasad is based out of the Nester Compound in Mumbai. It is right opposite the Air India Colony in Kalina, Santacruz East. The pin code is 400029. Being near the airport means it is always busy around here. You can hear the planes sometimes, but after a while, you just stop noticing. The Nester Compound is a bit of an old-school place. It is not like the new glass buildings they are putting up in BKC. I like it here because it feels real. I have been in Kalina for a long time. My workspace is simple and filled with stuff I have collected over the years. It is not very organized, but I know where everything is. I do not have a team of people doing my typing or answering my calls. I do it all myself. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, especially when the traffic in Santacruz is bad and deliveries are late. But that is just life in Mumbai. I do not try to be something I am not. I am just Sudha, working from my corner in the compound. People find me because I have been here so long. I do not put ads in the paper or anything like that. Word of mouth works just fine. If you ever come by, the Air India Colony is the best landmark to use. It is right across the street. I usually have tea around four if you happen to drop in.
