We work out of Dheeraj Upavan in Siddarth Nagar, Borivali East. Our specific spot is 3-C -604. It’s a residential complex, which makes for a different kind of work environment than a commercial building. We do Menu Planning here. It sounds like a lot of fun, and it is, but it’s also a lot of staring at spreadsheets and thinking about food costs. We have a small kitchen setup to test things out sometimes, but mostly it's just office work. Borivali East is a nice area, though the traffic near the station can be a nightmare. From our floor, we get a bit of a view, which is nice when you’ve been looking at a screen all day. We’ve lived and worked in this area for quite some time. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a small group of us who know a lot about food and how to organize it for others. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. We like it this way. It feels more personal. Most of our clients just call us or send emails. We spend our days figuring out what people are going to eat next week or next month. It’s steady work and we enjoy being based right here in Mumbai. No big speeches or fancy branding, just a desk and some good ideas about food.
