We run this Subway branch over in Ghatkopar East. It is at the 41495 location. It is a fairly standard setup for this kind of place. I spend most of my day standing behind the glass counter, assembling orders as people come in. It is a lot of repetitive work, cutting bread and piling on the vegetables. We have a small team of three people who rotate shifts throughout the week. The morning shift is usually quiet, which gives us time to prep the lettuce and tomatoes.
