Studio 3 Architect

Studio 3 Architect is located in Room No 8 of the Parizad Building. We are over in Mulund East, quite close to the well-known 90 Feet Road. It is a small space, but it works perfectly for what we do here. We have our drawing boards and computers set up where we spend almost the entire day. It is not a huge corporate firm with dozens of employees. There are just a few of us in the studio. We do a lot of sketching and planning for different local buildings. The Parizad Building is a bit older, so it has some nice character to it. We like the neighborhood because it is a bit quieter than the main part of the city, even though 90 Feet Road always has some action going on. You can usually find us surrounded by rolls of blueprints and different material samples. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby for people to wait in. If you come by to see us, you just walk right into the room where we are working. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. We spend a lot of time talking over small details in the designs. It is just part of the everyday process for us. We have been in Mulund East for a good bit of time now and we have gotten used to the local tea stalls and the general rhythm of the street.
