Sthapatya Archites

You can find Sthapatya Archites over in Kandivali West. We are located on Ardeshi Dady Street, specifically in Flat No 204/B within Gokul Nagar. It is right off M G road, which is always a hive of activity. Working out of a flat instead of a standard commercial building gives the place a much more relaxed and homey feel. It doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office at all. We have our drafting tables set up and rolls of paper tucked into every corner. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we manage just fine. Gokul Nagar is a familiar spot for most locals, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee, which is where we spend most of our breaks just chatting. M G road is always noisy and crowded, but once you get up to the second floor where we are, it gets a lot quieter. We are just a regular group of people doing our work without any big corporate attitude. We don't have any massive signs or flashy branding outside. It is just a simple flat where we put in our hours every day. The neighborhood has a good vibe and we’ve become part of the daily rhythm of the street over the years we have been here.
