Stella Caterers

Dadar West is always crowded, especially around Shivaji Park. We are located at G 3 in the Brahamandev Society on P T Road. It’s a very local spot. If you live around here, you know how the traffic and the people just keep moving. Stella Caterers is just a small part of this neighborhood. We’ve been in this society for a bit, and we know most of the neighbors. Our daily routine involves a lot of early mornings. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just us in the kitchen, dealing with the heat and the orders. The space is small, but we make it work. Shivaji Park is just a short walk away, and sometimes we take a break there when things get too hectic. Working in Dadar means you have to be fast. People don't like to wait, and the energy of the city is always right outside the door. We keep our equipment clean and our ingredients fresh, and that’s about all the philosophy we have. It’s just a job for us, but it’s a job we do every single day without fail. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, but we manage. It’s just the way things are at Brahamandev Society. We stay until the last order is done and then we clean up for the next day.
