Status Estate Agency

We’re over at Status Estate Agency, located at number 17 in the Dhaval Giri Apartment building. We are right across from the Bank of Maharashtra in Andheri West. It’s a convenient spot for people to drop by. Our agency is a small, local outfit. We spend our time helping people find flats or shops in this part of Andheri. It’s a huge suburb, but we try to focus on the blocks we know best. The office is tucked into the apartment building, so it feels very much part of the neighborhood. We aren't into those polished sales pitches. Usually, we just show people what’s available on our list and take them for a walk to see the places. Sometimes we’re out all day showing properties, and other times we’re just catching up on paperwork at the desk. Being opposite the bank means there’s always people around. We’ve lived and worked in Andheri West for years, so we know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have issues. We just tell it like it is. People seem to appreciate that. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the work. Every day brings someone new looking for a home, and we do our best to find something that fits their budget and needs without any extra fuss.
