We are based on Nagdevi Street, specifically at 51/53 on the 4th floor of Industrial House. Nagdevi is the heart of the hardware market, so there is always something happening right outside our windows. We’ve been here for years, dealing with all kinds of tools and industrial equipment. Our office is a bit of a climb if the lift is not cooperating, but we are used to it by now. Inside, it is mostly just rows of boxes and stacks of catalogs. We are not here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern furniture. We are here to supply the gear that keeps factories and workshops going. We handle a lot of phone orders and walk-ins from the busy street below. The staff here has been with us for a long time, so they know the specs of almost everything we sell. It is a tight space, packed with inventory, but we have a system that works for us. Some days the noise from the street is a bit much, but that is Nagdevi for you. We just focus on getting the right equipment to the right people. It is a basic business. We stock it, we sell it, we move on to the next order. No fluff or complicated talk. Just standard tools and equipment, exactly like our name says on the door. We keep it simple and keep moving.
