Sri Rakesh S. Gholap

Sri Rakesh S. Gholap is based in the Shah Thokarshi Building in Worli West, at number 13575. Worli is a part of the city that has changed a lot lately with all the new glass towers, but our corner still feels like the old neighborhood. The building we are in is quite sturdy and has been standing for many years. Inside, we have a very basic setup where we go about our daily business. It is not a place with modern furniture or bright art on the walls. It is just a practical workspace with wooden desks and cabinets full of old files. We spend our mornings checking the mail and catching up on whatever needs to be done from the previous day. People from around the area often stop by for a chat or to ask for help with certain documents. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a small group of us keeping the office running. Some days are much busier than others, especially when there is a lot of local activity going on. We keep the tea kettle going and stay focused on the work in front of us. It is a quiet life compared to the main roads of Mumbai, but we prefer it that way. There is no need for anything flashy when you are just trying to do a good job. We have been here a long time and we like the rhythm of this place.
