Sri Ganesh H.Chenna

Sri Ganesh H.Chenna is located right in the middle of Nagpada, specifically on the 8th Kamatnipura Lane. It is a very lively area, to say the least. We are up on the second floor of number 5. Finding us can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the narrow lanes around here, but once you find the right building, it’s easy. The space we have is quite small. We have to be very careful with how we stack things so we don't run out of room to walk. It’s a noisy neighborhood, with vendors shouting and bikes zooming past all day long, but I’ve worked here so long I barely hear it anymore. We mostly deal with the same group of people and businesses nearby. It’s very much a local operation. I spend most of my time coordinating things over the phone or checking on the work the boys are doing in the back. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. There is a table, some chairs, and a fan that squeaks a bit when it’s on the highest setting. Sometimes we sit and have tea with the people from the office next door. It’s just a normal way to spend the day. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to do our bit of work, get paid, and keep the shop running for another day like we always have.
