Spill The Beans

Spill The Beans is over on Oshiwara Ram Mandir Road 6. It’s not a huge place, just a nice spot where we serve coffee and other things. We set it up because we liked the idea of having a place on this road where people could just sit for a bit. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the cars and people walking by. Inside, we just try to keep things relaxed. We have a few tables and the smell of coffee is usually pretty strong. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines and making sure the beans are ready. It's mostly locals who come in, maybe people living in the apartments nearby or working in the offices. We don't have a massive menu, just the stuff we know how to make well. Sometimes the milk steamer acts up, but we fix it and keep going. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it’s raining outside and everyone wants to come in at once. We don't really use a lot of decorations, just some basic stuff so it doesn't feel empty. If you're walking down Ram Mandir Road, you'll see our sign. It's a simple life, making drinks and talking to the people who walk through the door. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in Oshiwara, just one that stays open for the regulars. It's just a coffee shop where you can get a hot drink and a bit of peace for a few minutes. We like it here.
