Our company, Space Realtors India Pvt Ltd, is based in A 101 at Sagartech Plaza. This is on A K Road in Andheri East. Most people know the area because we are right opposite Sudarshan Chakra. It’s a very busy part of Andheri, and there is always something going on outside. The plaza itself is a typical business building where everyone is busy running around. We’ve been here for a bit, handling real estate needs for various people. Whether someone is looking for a small office or a flat, we try to see what’s out there. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. Usually, it’s just a matter of sitting down in our office, which is nothing fancy but comfortable enough, and going over the lists of what's currently on the market. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of a lot of commercial activity. Sometimes the noise from A K Road can be a lot, but you get used to the rhythm of the place. We keep our files in order and try to make sure we know who is selling what. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on properties in person. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the local area well. People find us because of the location or through word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the paperwork is correct and people get the facts they need.
