You can find us at Shop No 45 in V Mall, which is over in Thakur Comp, Kandivali East. It’s right in the Janta Nagar area. Sony Home Realtor is one of the many shops in the mall, so it gets pretty busy on the weekends. During the week, it’s a bit quieter, and we spend our time organizing paperwork and making calls. The shop isn't very big, so we have to keep things tidy. We have a small sign out front so people know where to go. Being in a mall means there is always air conditioning, which is nice when it’s hot outside in Janta Nagar. We get all kinds of people walking in, some just looking and some really needing a place to stay. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at the desk and helping whoever comes through the door. The mall lights stay on all day, and there is always music playing from the speakers in the hallway. We have a little kettle in the back to make tea. Most of the other shop owners around here are friends, so we talk a lot. It’s a decent place to work. Sometimes the elevator near us breaks down, but people still find their way to Shop 45. We stay until the mall closes most nights, just in case someone stops by late to ask a question.
