If you are looking for our office, we are situated at 12267 Kurla Andheri Road. We are inside the Samitha Complex, which is a fairly easy landmark to spot once you are in the area. Being right near the Sakinaka Tel Exchange means there is always a lot of noise and activity outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. It is a busy stretch of road, so traffic can be a bit of a pain depending on the time of day you decide to visit. Inside the complex, things are a bit quieter. We spend most of our time here going through files and talking to folks who come in looking for help with their housing or land questions. Soni Estate Agency isn't some corporate giant with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here doing the actual work. We have seen how much Sakinaka has changed since we first set up shop. New buildings go up, old ones change, and the people come and go. We try to keep things simple and honest. No one here is wearing a suit or trying to sell you something you don’t need. We just talk plain English and tell people how things are. Sometimes we forget to file things away perfectly, or the tea gets cold because we are busy, but that’s just how a real office runs. It is a decent place to work for us.
