Sonam Estate Agency is over at 3 Kandivali West in the Sejal Apartment building. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some of the bigger roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on work. We’ve been here in Sejal Apartment for quite a while now. The office is basically just a room where we keep all our files and meet with anyone looking for a place to stay in Kandivali. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big team. It is usually just us and the phone ringing. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood, checking out new listings or meeting with owners who want to sell their flats. Kandivali West is a big area, so there is always a lot of ground to cover. We know which buildings have good water and which ones are a bit noisy. That’s the kind of thing you learn by being here every day. Sometimes we get people who are very picky, and other times people just need a place fast. We try to help both, though it isn't always easy to find exactly what someone wants. We don't make any big promises, we just show what is on the market. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine. Some days are slow and some are crazy, but that is the business we chose to be in.
