Sonal Realty is located at 111, Pagrav, which is at 57 S.V. Road in Goregaon. If you know Goregaon, you know how busy S.V. Road can get during the rush hour. Our office is tucked away in the Pagrav building, and it’s where we do all our daily business. We’ve spent many years watching the traffic go by from our windows. The office itself is pretty basic, with just enough room for us to sit down with people and go over property details. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who just know we are here on the main road. Dealing with real estate in Goregaon means there is never a dull moment. There are always new buildings going up and old ones being renovated. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking to different sites to check on things. It can be a bit tiring when the weather is hot, but we’re used to it by now. We handle everything from small apartments to larger commercial spaces if they come up. It’s not always easy to find the right match for someone, but we keep at it. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is right here. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping out with local property and keeping things moving along.
