Sonal Caterers

Sonal Caterers has been operating out of 435/2 Gulati Niwas for quite some time. We are on 14th Road in Khar, which is a place that never really sleeps. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Bombay Blue restaurant. It’s a busy landmark, so it helps people find our building. The space we have in Gulati Niwas is where everything happens. It’s not a corporate office with desks and computers. It’s a place that smells like spices and steam. We have our regulars who know where to find us, and then we have the occasional person who just wanders in. The neighborhood is full of old buildings and new shops, so it’s a bit of a mix. We don’t spend money on big signs or anything. We just focus on the catering side of things. Some days are much longer than others, especially when there are big events happening nearby. We just get on with the prep work and the cleaning. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. Moving pots, packing food, and making sure everything is ready to go out the door. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the food we send out of this kitchen is decent. It’s a simple way to make a living here in Khar. We don't have much else to say except that we are here working every day.
