Sonal Associates Sai Estate Agency is located in Office No E/106 at Khailash Industrial area in Vikhroli West. We’re near Dhillon Market, right across from the CCD near Godrej. Our office is a small room where we help people find flats and shops around this part of the city. We have a board with some photos of properties, but most of the work happens on our mobile phones. There are keys for different places hanging on a board behind the desk. Sonal and the rest of us are often out showing properties, so the office might be empty for an hour or two during the day. We have a few basic chairs for clients to sit on while we go through the paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate office. We just have what we need to get the job done. The market nearby is always buzzing with activity, which keeps things interesting. We get our tea from a small shop downstairs. We’ve been in this area long enough to know the different buildings and what the landlords are looking for. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign on the road. We just try to help folks find a place that fits their budget without making things too complicated for them.
