Somaiya Caterers

Somaiya Caterers is based in the Krishna Kunj Building. We are at number 1 in the Dahisar Bhima Nagar Society. If you know where the Canara Bank is, we are just right near there. It's a local spot and we've been here for a long time. Our kitchen is usually busy from the early hours. You can smell whatever we are cooking today from the street. We aren't a big company with fancy uniforms. We are just a group of people who know how to put a meal together. The building is an older one, but it’s where we do all our prep and cooking. Most of our neighbors in the society know us by now. We spend a lot of time loading up vans and moving pots around. It’s a lot of lifting and standing on your feet all day. Sometimes we run out of space when a big order comes in, so things get a bit crowded. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People usually just drop by or call the number they got from a friend. We take care of the food and try not to make a mess of the place. It’s just simple catering work from a small shop in Dahisar. We like being near the bank because it makes it a landmark for people to find us. Usually we are out delivering during lunch.
