Solitaire Events

We are over in Kandivali West, specifically at D/302 in the Shubh Shanti Complex. It is tucked away in Dahnukar Wadi. Solitaire Events is run from this office. It is usually full of samples, fabric swatches, and piles of papers from various vendors. Planning things takes up most of our time. We spend hours on the phone talking to caterers and decorators. The complex is usually pretty quiet during the day which is good for us. Kandivali can get very crowded, so getting out to meet clients can take a long time in traffic. We don't have a big fancy showroom. Most of our work happens on-site or at this desk. We deal with all the small details that people usually forget about. Sometimes a delivery is late or a light doesn't work, and we have to scramble to fix it. It is not always glamorous like people think. There is a lot of heavy lifting and late nights involved. We have a small team here. We know the local markets in Dahnukar Wadi quite well. When things get busy, the office gets a bit messy with all the floor plans and checklists. We just try to keep everything moving forward. It is a local business and we like being part of the community here in the West. We have been organizing these things for quite some time now. We just take it one event at a time and try to stay organized as much as possible.
