Our place, So Fine Real Estate, is in Andheri East. We run the business out of Shop 5 & 6 in Jai Bajrang Chawl. You can find us right near the Holy Sprit Hospital. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around, which suits us just fine. Being in the chawl means we are right in the thick of things. We focus on property around this part of Andheri. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs or expensive art. We have some basic desks, a few cupboards for our files, and a lot of local knowledge. We’ve helped many people find a roof over their heads or a small shop to start their own business. Since we are so close to the hospital, it’s an easy landmark for anyone trying to visit us. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy marketing. Most of our clients come to us because their friends or family told them we were here. We try to be plain-spoken about the houses and shops we show. If a place has a leaky pipe or noisy neighbors, we’ll let you know. It’s easier to be honest from the start. We are just local workers trying to make a living by helping others find their spot in the city. Shop 5 & 6 is always open for anyone who wants to sit down and talk about property.
