SNA PROPERTIES LLP

SNA Properties LLP is tucked away in Jorawar Bhavan on Queens Road. We are on the second floor. It is an older part of Mumbai, and you can really feel the history when you walk around the streets here. The building has been here for many years. We are not one of those new firms with a million employees and matching suits. It is just us doing our bit in the local property market. Queens Road gets quite busy, but inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We handle all sorts of real estate tasks. It isn't always easy, especially with how prices go up and down in the city. We don't have a polished pitch. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If a deal works, it works. We have seen a lot of people come and go through these doors. Most of our day involves checking papers and meeting with owners or buyers. It is a lot of legwork, really. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall downstairs and just watch the traffic go by for a minute. We don't pretend to be the biggest or the fastest. We just do the job. The office has a bit of a cluttered feel with all the maps and files, but we know where everything is. It is just a regular workplace for us.
