Smt Lourdu M Raju is located in the Dharavi area, specifically on Hosur Road. We are in Block No 11, Row F, number 1. If you have ever been to Dharavi, you know that it is a place like no other, with narrow lanes and houses and businesses all packed in together. Our spot is right at the start of Row F, which makes it a little easier to find than some of the other blocks deeper inside the maze of streets. The building is simple and functional. It is a very busy part of the city, and there is always something going on right outside the doorstep. You can hear people talking, the sound of small workshops nearby, and the general bustle of one of the world's most active neighborhoods. We do not have a big office with air conditioning or glass partitions. It is a basic room where we do our daily work. Most of the people around here know us by name, and we know them. It is a very close-knit community in Row F. We spend our time managing the day-to-day things that need our attention. It is not glamorous work and we do not pretend it is. We just provide a place where things get handled. The address is quite specific, but even then, sometimes you have to ask a local for directions to Block 11. That is just how life is in Dharavi. We are here every day, just like everyone else.
