Smokin Joes Pizza

We are located at Sahakar Darshan, 237 B on Ganpatrao Kadam Marg in Lower Parel. This area is full of office buildings and old mills, so there is a constant stream of people around. Our shop is a straightforward place where we focus on making pizzas. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. The kitchen takes up most of the space, and we have a small area for people to wait. It gets pretty warm near the ovens, so we usually have the fans going full blast. The delivery drivers are always in and out, checking their maps and grabbing bags. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients like chopping onions and peppers. It is a lot of hands-on work. We do not use any corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just ask what they want and get it started. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook during lunch, and it gets a bit chaotic. We just take it one order at a time. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we have stayed right here. It is a gritty, hardworking part of Mumbai, and we fit right in. We just keep the ovens hot and the boxes ready. No one is here for the decor; they just want a meal that is ready when they are. It is just what we do every day.
