You can find us right on S V Road in Andheri West, specifically at J/4 in Bharucha Baug. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been making pizzas here for a while now. It’s not a complicated business. We dough the bases, top them, and put them in the oven. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the dinner rush when the orders start piling up on the counter. We have a few delivery bikes that go in and out all day long. Andheri is a huge place, so we stay pretty busy. The shop isn't huge, but it's where we spend most of our lives. We know a lot of the neighbors who stop by for a quick slice. We don't use fancy words for our food, it's just pizza. Sometimes we run out of ingredients or a bike breaks down, and we just deal with it. It’s part of the job. Being on S V Road means we see a lot of traffic, but it keeps the energy up. We aren't some high-end restaurant with waiters in suits. We’re just a local pizza place trying to get the food out hot. It’s a lot of work and sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the flour, but we like what we do. It feels good when a customer leaves happy after eating one of our pies on a Friday night.
