We are tucked away in Room No-11 at the 76/78 Masjid 2Nd Stage Industrial Suburb. Small Tools & Hardware Supply Agency is exactly what it sounds like. We have a lot of small parts and hardware crammed into this room. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a big shipment in. The industrial suburb is full of places like ours, so we fit right in. There’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. It’s not quiet, but it’s where we belong. We’ve been running things from this room for a while. We don't spend money on fancy signs or painting the walls. We'd rather just have the right tools in stock. People come to us when they can't find a specific bolt or tool elsewhere. We know our inventory pretty well, even if it looks like a mess to an outsider. It’s a practical business. We show up early and stay until the work is done. Sometimes we stay late if the inventory needs counting. It’s just the way it is. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just this physical space in the Masjid suburb.
