Skv Home Properties is on the first floor of Dreamland Apartment in Khar West. We are in Sector 8 and if you know the area we are right across from Lok Nirman Towers. That is the easiest way to tell people where we are because everyone knows those towers. Our office is not very big but it is where we do all our work. It is mostly just a few chairs and a big table covered in papers and maps. Khar West is a very noisy place and you can hear the traffic and the honking from the window all day long. We have gotten used to it though. Dreamland Apartment is an older building and the stairs can be a bit steep if you are not used to them. We do not have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It is usually just us answering calls and meeting with people who want to buy or rent something. We spend a lot of time on our feet or driving around to see different flats. It is a lot of back and forth with owners and clients. We do not use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just know this neighborhood really well because we have been here for a long time. Sector 8 is a good place to be because everything is close by. We just try to keep things simple and honest. That is just how we run Skv Home Properties.
