Sips Realty Llp is down in the Masjid Bunder area of Mumbai. Our office is No. 69 on the 1st floor of the K J Trust Building. It’s at 34 A, Khadak Street. This part of the city is very old and the streets are very narrow. It’s always crowded with handcarts and people carrying heavy goods. You have to be careful walking around 400009. The building itself has been around for ages. Being on the 1st floor means we are close to the street noise, which never really stops. We have a small office that stays quite busy throughout the day. There is always someone coming in with a question or a document to sign. We don’t have much space, so we have to stay organized. It’s not a shiny new office block. It’s a bit cramped and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s our place. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. Masjid Bunder is a tough place to work if you don't like crowds, but we are used to it by now. We are just a local LLP trying to do right by the people we work with every day. There is no corporate polish here, just people sitting at desks in an old building in Mumbai City. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the piles of paper. It’s honest work in a busy place. We’ve been at this address for a long time and know the street like the back of our hand.
