Sippy Housing

We have our office over at B-401 on the Bandra West Main Road. We’re quite close to the Shivsagar Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Sippy Housing has been part of the Bandra scene for a good bit now. Most of our time is spent talking to people about where they want to live. It’s not always easy because Bandra is so crowded and expensive these days. We sit in our office on the fourth floor and look over a lot of paperwork. Real estate involves a lot of back and forth with owners and tenants. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just a small team of us working here. Some days we are out on the streets showing flats, other days we are stuck at the desk. The traffic on the main road can be loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just know the local buildings and who is looking to move. People stop by after eating at Shivsagar sometimes just to ask what’s available. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show the places and let people decide for themselves. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in a busy city like this. We just take things one day at a time here.
