You can find Singh Associates Property Consultant over at Shop No 41, B/1 on the ground floor. We are located on the General Post Office Road in Cuffe Parade. It’s a very well-known area since we are quite close to the World Trade Center. Our office is a small one, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about flats and shops. The walls have some old photos of the city and maps of the local buildings. It’s a professional enough spot, but it feels more like a local hangout sometimes because people stop by just to ask about the current rates in the neighborhood. The traffic on GPO Road can be quite something during the office hours, but it quietens down later in the evening. We’ve been helping people find places to stay or work in this part of South Mumbai for a long time. We don't use big words or fancy presentations, we just show what's available and tell the truth about the plumbing or the neighbors. Sometimes the tea stall guy from around the corner brings us drinks while we wait for a client to show up. It’s a decent way to earn a living. The shop isn't modern, but it's clean and we keep things organized. If you’re near the World Trade Center, we are just a short walk away. We have some plants in the window that need watering and a stack of old property newspapers on the shelf.
