We are based at 2 Mumbai Khadilkar Road, right in the middle of Charni Road at the Om Heera Panna Shopping Mall. It’s a busy spot where people come and go all day long. Simran Real Estate has been sitting in this mall for quite some time now. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking to people about where they want to live or where they want to open a shop. The mall itself is a bit of a landmark in this part of Mumbai, so it’s easy for folks to find us. We don’t have a massive office, just a practical space where we can sit down and go over property papers. Sometimes the Khadilkar Road traffic gets loud, but we are used to it by now. We spend our mornings checking new listings and our afternoons meeting people who are looking for a change. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. Most of our clients are just regular people from around the neighborhood. Charni Road is where we walk every day, so we know the streets well. Being in Om Heera Panna means we get to see a lot of the local life passing by. We keep the doors open and the tea hot for anyone who drops in to ask a question. It’s just how we run things here. Advertisements aren't really our thing; we just focus on the work in front of us.
