Our office is tucked away in F-8 at the Khia Industrial Estate on B.M. Bhargav Road. If you know Santacruz West, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years, dealing with all the shipping and paperwork that comes with moving goods around. The building itself is older, and you can tell it’s seen a lot of activity. Inside, there are stacks of files and boxes everywhere. It’s not the quietest place because of all the trucks and people moving things in the estate, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. It’s just how it is in an industrial block like this. We usually grab tea from the stall just down the road when things get hectic. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what needs to happen. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or leather chairs. We just have our desks, our computers, and the goods we move. Being in Santacruz makes it easy for people to find us, even if the traffic on Bhargav Road is a nightmare in the afternoons. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We just keep our heads down and work, making sure the orders go out.
