Simran Caterers

We are located in Room No C28, Block No 10 over in Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar Koliwada. Sion is a busy part of the city and our little corner in Koliwada is no exception. Simran Caterers is just a small operation we’ve been running for a while now. We aren't located in a big mall or a fancy high-rise. It’s a regular room where we do all our cooking and planning. The neighborhood is very close-knit, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We mostly handle local events and small gatherings. The kitchen gets quite crowded when we have a big order, but we’ve learned how to move around each other over time. It’s not a glamorous job, standing over big stoves for hours. We deal with the heat and the smells of spices every single day. Some people might find the area a bit cramped, but for us, it’s home. We don’t have a big sign or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the door and ask for whoever is in charge. We do our best to get the orders right and delivered on time. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure we can do it again tomorrow. It’s a quiet life, mostly focused on the kitchen and the fresh ingredients we buy.
