We are situated at 25 Murli Upadhyay Estate in Jogeshwari West. The estate is quite close to the Markas Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s an industrial estate vibe, so there are always tempos and trucks parked in the lanes. Our space is used for storing and handling the goods we import and trade. It’s a lot of checking manifests and inspecting boxes. The walls are just plain concrete and we have heavy racks for all the inventory. Jogeshwari is a busy area, and getting in and out of the estate can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and clearing agents. It isn't a retail shop, so we don't get many random people walking in off the street. It’s mostly planned deliveries and pickups. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved into a corner of the warehouse. It can get a bit dusty because of all the cardboard and the movement of goods. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. We’ve been operating from this estate for several years. It’s a practical location for what we do. We just focus on getting the orders in and making sure they go out to the right place without any fuss.
