Sigma Food Service Technologies

Our small office is tucked away at 58/388, Mhb Sarvoday Nagar in Jogeshwari East. Sigma Food Service Technologies is what we call ourselves. We deal with the kind of machines people use in kitchens and food businesses. It’s a busy spot. There is always noise from the street and people passing by. We aren't a big company with a glass front. It’s more of a functional space where we handle orders and talk to customers. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. Jogeshwari is a crowded area, but it’s where we started and we’ve stayed put. We spend a lot of time visiting sites to see how the equipment is holding up. It’s not always easy work. Things break down at the worst times, usually during the dinner rush. We try to help out as fast as we can. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just know how these ovens and mixers work. We’ve seen all sorts of problems over the years. Some days we are just moving crates around and checking stock. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the office sometimes, but we make it work. Just a bunch of guys who know food gear. We don't have any fancy brochures. You just call us and we see what can be done. It's a living and we enjoy it.
