We are located in the C Crown building, Plot No 9, at Shop No 11. This is in Kandivali West, right on the Ring Road. A good way to find us is to look for the New Telephone Exchange, as we are quite close to that. Being on the Ring Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by all day long. Our shop is a straightforward estate agency. We don't have fancy lights or a big reception desk. It is just a place where we keep the property listings and meet with clients. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local housing market in Kandivali. We talk to a lot of families looking for apartments and shop owners looking for a good spot on the main road. The telephone exchange is a massive building, so it helps people find our little shop without too much trouble. Inside, we have some old files and a computer to keep things organized. We aren't into big sales pitches; we just tell people what is available and what the rent or price is. It is a very practical, everyday kind of business. We know the shortcuts and the quiet lanes around this part of the city. It is just us, working out of Shop 11, trying to stay busy with the local real estate and keeping up with the changes.
