Siddhivinayak Estate

We run Siddhivinayak Estate from Shop No 2, located at Plot No 40 in the Brahma area of Kandivali West. We are quite close to the New India Co-operative Bank, which is where most people tell their rickshaw drivers to drop them off. Our shop is a small, busy place. Being in Kandivali West means there is never a dull moment outside. We have been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change around us. Most of our day involves talking to neighbors and clients about the local property market. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. We just have our knowledge of the local buildings and a notebook full of contacts. The office is usually a bit cluttered with documents, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business through and through. We like being near the bank because it brings a lot of foot traffic past our door. Sometimes people just pop their heads in to ask a quick question about rent or prices in the area. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s just a regular shop where we do our daily work and try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone involved. We usually stay late if there is a lot of work to finish up at the end of the day.
