Our agency is based in R K Niwas on Pratap Nagar Road, over in Bhandup West. We are part of Sarita Nagari Phase I, right behind the Raviraj Hotel. It’s a familiar spot for those who live around here. The office is a modest setup where we handle various agency tasks day in and day out. We started small and have stayed in this same neighborhood for quite some time now. There is a lot of paper shuffling and computer work involved in what we do. We often have people dropping in to drop off documents or ask for updates on their work. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to organize on the desks. The road outside is usually busy with local traffic and people heading to the hotel next door. We know the other shop owners on the street and often chat with them during lunch breaks. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. Sometimes we lose track of time when there is a lot to get through. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without making mistakes. It’s just a local office trying to do its part and keep the business running smoothly in Bhandup. We like the routine.
