Shyamsunder Constructions

Shyamsunder Constructions is based out of the Kareemji Building, which is right opposite Bombay University on Fort Road. We are near L&T Gate No 6 in the Powai area. It’s an interesting spot because there is always a lot of movement around here with the university students and the big company gates nearby. We’ve been handling construction work from this office for quite some time. It is not a massive skyscraper office, just a practical space where we look over drawings and meet with people. We do various building projects around the city. Sometimes it is small renovations, other times it is bigger structural stuff. Our address at 100 Fort Road is easy to find if you know the university area. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the sites and making sure the bricks and cement show up when they are supposed to. Building things in a city like this is a lot of work with all the permits and traffic, but we are used to it by now. The team here is small, mostly people who have been in the trade for years. We just keep our heads down and get the walls up. That’s basically the whole story of how we run things. Sometimes the rains slow us down or a supplier is late, but that is just part of the construction business in Mumbai. We stay busy and keep the office open.
