You can find us at Shubh Laxmi Real Estate over in Kandivali East. Our shop is number 27, located in the Emp 67 building, right in Phase 4. It’s on the Nagavara Main Road, and if you look across the street, you’ll see the Sunflower Building. It’s a pretty busy spot with a lot of people moving through Phase 4 every day. We’ve been operating out of this shop for a good while now. It’s a small place, but it’s where all the work happens. We deal with real estate stuff all across this side of Kandivali. The main road gets quite crowded during peak hours, so we see a lot of the local life from our front door. Most of the people who come to us are looking for a flat or maybe a small commercial space nearby. We try to keep track of what’s available, which isn't always easy because things change fast in Phase 4. We don't have any big marketing plans; mostly, people just walk in because they saw the shop or heard about us from a neighbor. We know the area around the Sunflower Building and the main road very well since we spend most of our time here. It’s just us doing our daily tasks, answering questions, and showing people around different properties. It’s practical work and we enjoy being right in the middle of the action here. We keep our paperwork in folders on the shelves and there’s always a fan running to beat the heat. It’s just how we do things every day.
