Our place is inside Niwara Chs, specifically at Flat No 10 on the third floor. We are in Andheri West, not too far from Ganesh Chowk. It’s more of a residential building, so it feels quite different from those big glass office blocks you see in other parts of the city. We like it this way because it’s a bit quieter and we know our neighbors. You have to walk up or take the lift to the third floor to find us. Inside, it’s just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have some cupboards full of property records and a few chairs for when clients come over to sign papers. Sometimes the kids in the society are playing downstairs, and you can hear them, but mostly it’s a calm spot to get work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at the latest listings in the neighborhood. Ganesh Chowk is always busy, so it’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find your way here. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, one of us just opens the door when the bell rings. It’s a very simple operation. We’ve been helping people with their housing needs from this flat for a good while now, and we don’t see any reason to change how we do things. It stays quite cool inside even when the Mumbai heat is hitting the streets outside.
