Shri Sudhir Guiram Hati

You can find me over in Malad East, specifically at Baxisingh House which is part of the Satellite 4/1 area. My name is Sudhir Guiram Hati and this is where I do my business. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which I appreciate. The house itself has been around for a while and it has that old feel to it. I’ve set up my work space in one of the rooms on the first floor. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place with a solid desk and enough light to see what I’m doing. Most of my day is spent handling local requests and keeping track of my accounts. I don't have a lot of people working for me, so I end up doing most things myself, from answering the door to filing the papers. Malad East has changed a lot since I first came here, with new buildings going up everywhere, but Baxisingh House stays pretty much the same. I like the routine of coming here every morning. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which can slow things down, but it’s part of being in a community. I don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what I do. I just provide a service and try to be fair about it. It keeps me busy enough and I like it.
