Our office, Shri Satyanarayan Real Estate Consultancy, is located in V Mall at Kandivali East. Specifically, we are at Shop No 221. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a shop on the street. It is a bit quieter and we have the air conditioning which is nice during the summer months. We are quite close to Sai Dham, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. Usually, we tell people to find the temple first and then the mall is right there. We have been here for some time now and we have seen the mall change quite a bit. We mostly focus on properties around Kandivali East. It is a busy part of the city and there is always someone looking to buy or rent something. We are just a small group of people who know the local buildings and the landlords. We don't have any fancy presentations or long speeches. People come into the mall for shopping and sometimes they see our sign and just pop in to ask a question. We like the convenience of being in V Mall. It makes it easy for clients to visit us and there is always parking. We stay busy with the local real estate market and we try to keep our information as current as we can. It is a steady life and we enjoy being part of this neighborhood. We are usually here until the mall closes.
