Shri Sainath Properties

Shri Sainath Properties is located at D/111 in Kandivali West. We also do a lot of work in Santacruz West which makes things a bit interesting for us. Moving between these two areas takes up a lot of our time but that is just the nature of the job. The office in Kandivali is where we usually hang out and keep our files. It is not a huge place but it works for what we need. We started out just trying to help friends find places to stay and it grew from there. There are always people moving in and out of this neighborhood. We see a lot of families looking for something bigger or younger people moving closer to work. The street outside can get pretty crowded during the rush hour. Sometimes we just sit outside and watch the world go by when things are slow. We do not use any big marketing tricks. We just know the buildings around here. If you are looking for D/111, it is in a spot that most locals know. We keep things straightforward. If a place is good, we say it is good. If it has issues, we mention those too. It is better to be honest so people do not get upset later. We have lived around here for a long time so we know which lanes are quiet and which ones are noisy. That is about it for us. We are just local people.
