Shri Sadananda K Pujari

My name is Sadananda Pujari and I’ve been around Motilal Nagar for a good while now. Our place is at 143/1141 No 1, right in Goregaon West. Most people know the area because of the Saibaba Mandir that’s just nearby. It gets busy on Thursdays with all the people coming for darshan, but that’s just how it is here. I started this work because it felt like the right thing to do at the time. There isn't a whole lot of fancy stuff going on, just a small space where I take care of things. The neighborhood has changed a lot since I first arrived. New buildings are going up everywhere, but our little corner stays mostly the same. I usually get here early in the morning before the traffic on the main road gets too loud. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy around the entrance, but we just clean it up and keep going. People stop by to talk or ask for things throughout the day. It’s a simple life. I don’t have any big speeches to make about what I do. I just try to be here when I’m supposed to be and handle what comes my way. If you’re walking past the temple, you’ll likely see the building. It’s an old spot but it works for us. That’s pretty much the story of how things are at Shri Sadananda K Pujari. I've always preferred staying local like this.
