If you are coming to visit Shri Manwani Pawan, you will need to head over to Anekal Taluk. We are tucked away in Surbhi Apartments, specifically in C 301. The address is Plot No 8-B in Kharodi. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main city center. Living and working out of an apartment means things stay quite informal. You walk through the main gates and head up to the third floor. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so a lot of people just take the stairs if they aren't carrying too much. It’s a normal building with families living nearby, so there’s always the smell of someone cooking or kids playing in the hallways. Shri Manwani Pawan likes the setup because it feels more like home than a cold office building. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just come in and we sit down to talk. The view from the window shows a bit of the surrounding plots. It’s not much to look at, but it’s ours. Most of our day is spent at the desk or on the phone. We don't really do big advertising or anything. People just sort of find out about us through word of mouth or if they happen to live in the same complex. It’s a simple way to run things.
