If you’re looking for us, we’re at 6-A in Kandivali West, right in the Transport Nagar area. It’s pretty close to the Bhagwati Hotel, which everyone knows around here. Being in Transport Nagar means there’s always a lot of noise from the trucks and people moving things around. It’s a busy, practical part of Mumbai. Shri Manibhadra Estate Consultancy operates from a simple office where we deal with all sorts of property stuff. We’ve been here for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just a few chairs, some old files, and a lot of local knowledge. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around to check out different sites for people. Sometimes folks come in just to ask about prices or to see if anything new has come up in the area. We don't do much advertising because most people just hear about us from their friends or family. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is selling what, but we enjoy being part of the Kandivali community. We don't try to act like big shots. We’re just here to help with the paperwork and find decent spaces for businesses or families. It’s a straightforward job and we like to keep it that way without making things more complicated than they need to be. It's just a regular consultancy for people in the neighborhood.
