Shri Jatin A Parmar is over in Malad East, located at 7/ R V Samant Chawl on Rani Sati Road. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a long time. Working out of a chawl means you are always in the middle of everything that is happening on Rani Sati Road. It’s a busy, noisy place, but that’s just how we like it. The office is small and we have to keep things very organized to make sure everything fits. We don’t have any big corporate offices or fancy furniture. It’s just a place where we can sit down and get our work done. Most of the people who come to see us are locals who know us from being around the area. We don’t really do any advertising or have a big presence online. We just focus on the work that is right in front of us each day. Sometimes the street gets so crowded that it’s hard to even get to the door, but that’s just life in Malad East. The building is old and has a lot of history, which we appreciate. We start our day early and just keep going until everything is finished. It’s a very simple and direct way of running things. We don’t use any complicated jargon or big words. We just talk to people plainly and do what we say we’re going to do. It’s a humble way to work, and we are happy staying right here on Rani Sati Road.
