You can find Shri Dham Real Estate Consultancy over in Andheri West. We’re in Room No D 6 on the third floor of Krishna Kaver. It’s located at 304, along the 8th Main road in the Mhbcs Layout. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re in the Phase I area, it’s easy to spot us because we’re right opposite Oakland Park. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though the parking in Andheri can be a real nightmare sometimes. We’ve been in this building for a good bit of time now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to show flats to families. Being on the 8th Main means we’re right in the middle of everything. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just focus on the streets we know, like around the layout and near the park. It’s mostly just local folks coming in to see about a lease or a small investment. We keep a pot of water and some chairs for whoever walks in. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get the work done. Sometimes we stay late when the market is busy, but usually, we’re out when the sun goes down. It’s just regular work, helping people find a roof over their heads without too much fuss.
